“I booked an ocean facing premium room, however, I was assigned to a small room with no view. They explained that they were overbooked for independent day and will give me back 50%. I never received credit back from the hotel.”

“The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there.”
