New appliances but not the best quality, flimsy plastic coffee maker, good microwave.Plumbling fixtures in the sink and bathroom are also new but not installed properly, the are loose. Not the best finishing quality. Overall is a good hotel, modern with colonial details, nice big roof terrace and inner courtyard to relax. Hotel located close to catedral, shoping areas and restaurants. Very helpful and attentive staff."

"H Santiago is located 1/2 block from the Zocalo and Cathedral. Plenty of shopping options and affordable eateries - some of the restaurants in this area are pricey. Staff are attentive and certainly keep the areas and room clean."
