“We stayed in a deluxe suite, it was obviously recently done and looked immaculate, including linens and towels; the suite had 2 balconies with view over the bay. On the negative side there were no restaurants open in Rosario but Eastsound is a less than a 10 minute drive and there were several there. Very close to Moran Nationalpark, plenty of hiking and scenery; the Moran mansion however is closed.”

“Everything was perfect! The inn was so cute and only 5 minutes from Friday Harbour. The alpacas and sheep were a big plus! Would definitely stay here again!”

“We checked in on a day when the entire area was without power. While it would be unfair to blame the resort for the outage itself, the lack of communication was unacceptable. The outage began at 8:00 AM, yet we received no updates prior to our 3:30 PM arrival. Upon check-in, the staff provided the bare minimum: instructions on how to operate the one functioning heater. We had to return to the lobby ourselves to ask basic questions, such as whether there would be hot water (there wasn't) or how...

“The rooms are really outdated & there aren't any options really to even purchase items from a vending machine. We checked in & out on our own with an email that had instructions which felt very unwelcoming to not have one person to interact with. Seems like they just want people to stay and leave without interaction. We packed up at 9am the day we were due to leave and walked to breakfast. We planned to come back to eat but a worker was coming out of our room when we got back not even 10...

“Yes the property welcomed our 18 lb. Havanese. However the Shaw Suite where we stayed was very disappointing. I would consider it very shabby…chipped paint on kitchen cabinets…old rickety dining chairs.. Ancient mattresses that were very saggy and uncomfortable…the bathroom is a horror…cracked and moldy wall by the shower…tiny, ancient and dingy bathroom. Although the Inn is pet friendly…the pet friendly room we stayed in was not human friendly at all! Our to go breakfast however was very...
