The staff were lovely and the customer service was superb in all manners. Rooms were such a perfect size and housekeeping made up for a small mistake in a very courteous way. Look forward to staying here again :)

The Star Grand at The Star Gold Coast
Staying at The Star was an overall good experience, only fault that I had was the pool areas were overly busy and no seats were ever available even despite going to the pool early at 8:30am. Everything was outstanding. Incredible ocean view. Spacious. Clean. Large patio . Premium coffee maker. Quality sheets. ALL staff were friendly and efficient. Sofia might be the best front desk person i have met !
