The property is old and you can smell the mold. I paid over $100 for a room. The sheets weren't clean, pillow cases were dirty. There is visible water damage on the walls and wooden furniture. The air conditioner did not work properly, it was extremely hot in the middle of the night. This place should be shut down until completely renovated correctly. Its a mess.

Check in was easy. Staff was polite. Rooms were not really clean and we killed 3 roaches the first 5 mins of walking in our room.

The place is filthy and stinks. Coffee rings and musky odor. Absolutely horrible conditions. The owner let their Pitt bull run unleashed and I had to rescue my 7 year old from it running at her and jump back into my vehicle. Total creeps. And filthy people

room was dirty, staff wanted me to cancel by online registration and register with the with updated cost, door had been kicked , couls see daylight through door jam smells, carpet had stains, over all did not like

Will never stay again!!!
For $100/ night PLEASE find somewhere else to stay. This was my 2nd time staying here and was also my LAST! Everything was wrong with our stay and neither the guy working overnight or their new manager seemed to care at all. The thing that irritated me the most was the utter disrespect and attitude that my elderly, disabled mother was given. She went for breakfast, which there was basically nothing and what there was, was expired, and had to make a 2nd trip to get another glass of milk because she spilled one trying to get the broken door to open. Upon this second trip, she was told, "it's after 9 you know". She did get the milk but definitely not the point and when i bright this to the managers attention, his response too was but she got the milk. Room was filthy, toilet badly leaked all over the floor, half the lights didn't work, no ice in ice machine and then staff mad when tried to use not knowing it was broken too. I will be filling formal complaints in the coming days as it was very unsafe and unfriendly environment for elderly and disabled. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!

Hi Cynthia. We are tremendously sorry for your experience but I do believe you have the wrong hotel. I think you were meaning to do a review for the Quality Inn and Suites. The reason I know this is because we offer To-Go bags for breakfast. I do hope to have you give us an opportunity to accommodate you in the future.

The facility is in need of rehab. The Entrance Lobby has an odor that is extremely terrible. My room was clean but had a musty/mole odor that I couldn't get rid of with 4 different types of Fabreeze and air fresheners. Whole facility is runned down!

We had booked a room for 5 people and they made us take another room. She was trying to charge us for three people instead for two. We already paid for 5. She was not very nice about it either. Very disappointing experience. There wasn’t even a hotel lobby. They made us talk through a window. We could see a big room but were not allowed in. They wanted a $50 security deposit also.

check out was around 11. it was not even 9 AM when housekeeping walked in on my naked. I was getting dressed to the day, when the door just opened. no knock, no call for housekeeping, just was walk in. Like WOW. REALLY? I FEEL VIOLATED!

The front desk staff is very rude and arrogant and they don't even give you time to even list say what you have to say and listen to you and they turn down your money after the fact even if you have a reservation

Was made to pay cash for my dogs because I booked with Expedia was over charged by 80.00 and they wouldn’t give a receipt. We were also yelled at to take them back to our room so she could walk her dog. Pool was closed due to lack of maintenance and no breakfast. If there were any other options I would have cancelled.

Staff was not friendly and close to rude on check in. There was no breakfast which was advertised. Again, staff was rude when I said it was advertised as a free breakfast. The bed was made without a bottom fitted sheet. It did have a zipped mattress cover.

Rooms need a lot of maintenance.
Room was not ready 2 hrs after check in time. The heat in the room was broken so they put a space heater in there but didn’t turn it on, room was 50 degrees, took hrs to warm up. In room coffee maker broken. The walkway for second floor rooms was covered in ice. There was a water leak somewhere so carpet was soaked in front of counter. The lobby was always locked so you couldn’t get in for ice or anything (all rooms open up outside).

The hotel owner was very rude and she canceled our online booking and claimed her computers were not working and charged us a $140.00 per night for rooms that were listed online for 69.00. When the booking site contacted her she stated that she didn’t have to give a reason for not accepting online payments. Highway robbery and the hotel had roaches and wasn’t worth half the money we paid. Everyone be aware and avoid this hotel as possible because Gita the owner is a con artist.

The event l was going to attend changed the venue a week before the trip. This motel said it had a nonrefundable policy. Won't ever stay at this chain again ever. Notified them a week in advance.

I felt the owner was rude. She all but scolded me when I asked if I could get a receipt. Her reply was "no, we can't do that you went through Expedia. You should always call the hotel to get a better price." Why should I have to call you, you should list the best price. I have stayed at this hotel for the convenience the last 4 yrs. This was the last time.

Clean room. Not much around, but you can drop south to get into the "downtown" Stuttgart easily for some dining options and a 10 minute drive. The breakfast was lacking... waffles, muffins, cereal and milk were there... didn't see a protein (eggs, sausage, etc), so I was a bit disappointed on that area. But a good price and location for my purpose of the trip.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel located in my home town. In town for family function! Never had to stay in hotel in town but was surprised. Nice, quiet and clean. Staff are very nice.

They did have hot and cold water. The room was literally full of mosquitoes and more dead mosquitoes splats on the walls and ceiling, after a long day driving I spent two hours killing mosquitoes so we can get to bed. Not a way to relax. I was told by the manager welcome to the mosquito capital of the world.

Older but very nice.

The first room was aweful. When you opened the door you were overwhelmed with cigarette smoke. You couldn’t breathe. They changed us to another room and when you walked in all you could smell was urine. The smell was in the carpet and the bedding. They would not offer another room and would not refund our money. Was very disappointed with everything.

We booked an extra night so the kids could swim and when we arrived the pool was out of order. We had some very disappointing children.
