Their warm attitude added greatly to our positive experience. Another highlight was the continental breakfast served each morning. There was a good variety of food options and beverages available. Everything was presented neatly and replenished regularly, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The television had limited English channels, which reduced entertainment options for international guests. Also, the kettle in our room was broken and could not be used. Overall, our stay was excellent. The combination of a clean room, friendly staff, and satisfying breakfast made our visit very enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and welcoming accommodation."

"Truly Verona staff were friendly & very helpful. Staff fixed apt concerns, in addition, ordered us a Taxi for departure. Apt needed a few things for use of kitchen. Apt was exactly as photo on internet, comfortable. Only issue was floor was very dirty. Would use again."
