Hair in the bed, debris and food under mattress pad, in between couches, smell of cigarettes in smoke free rooms. Terrible stay. Left less then 30 minutes after check in.

We were satisfied and slept well in the comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Too much traffic noise. New triple-gazed windows would eliminate that. Overall a favourable experience.

An old disabled man fell in the front door as we checked in and couldnt get up or speak. There were no automatic doors, he was bleeding from his elbow and not one staff member helped him or went over to see if he was okay; I did along with a few other guests. We picked him up off the ground and staff acted like he didnt exist.. its sad that happened to him, this hotel should be accessible for people like him and shame on the staff. Also, the pool was gross, cold, full of hair and chunks of stuff floating and the whirl pool was boarded up.. The best thing was the free wifi.. sorry..

Arrived at check in after driving over 8 hours to a note on desk stating back shortly. Once we found our room and settled in, we realized we were placed directly in front of the ice machine which was used loudly and frequently until after 2am. (No sleep) After we got up up and I took our dog for a walk, I came into the room and my child pointed out a bug running on the bed by our pillows. Under closer inspection I became concerned it was the infamous BED BUG. I took a picture of it and did a Google image search and lo and behold... It was definitely a bed bug!! I did smash it flat on a Kleenex and brought it to front desks attention. She immediately took one look at it and said "oh no"!! We brought our own pillows from home and a couple of the kids blankets to make the trip more comfortable and now I needed garbage bags to seal up all our belongings. This was the first night of our four night trip to other destinations. She told me that I would be compensated for the inconvenience and we loaded up everything and hit the road. There was no compensation and we threw away hundreds of dollars worth of belongings that needed to be repurchased. This trip put me out hundreds of dollars. After leaving messages for a week and a half with front desk staff, I do not get a call back from the owners or any of the managers. No credits have been issued. This leads me to believe that they do not care and that little is being done to remedy the situation. Buyer beware!!

Check in was good, staff were friendly. The bedding did not appear clean as there were stains on it nor did the mattress. The pull out couch was so uncomfortable I didn’t think I’d ever fall asleep. Really disappointed.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice; high pressure. The staff was excellent. The hot tub was closed down and has been for two years apparently. This is where the 2 stars comes in. Spoke on the phone with two customer service representatives before booking who confirmed the pool and hot tub were operational. After a long drive I was looking forward to soaking my bones in the hot tub.

It was a nice stay, however, the surfaces in the sitting area, desk and chair were filthy and sticky. I will say the bed and pillows were comfortable and the cost for a junior suite was amazing, so all in all, an enjoyable stay!

I frequently stay here when I’m in Sudbury. Always great. Easy, fast check in. Staff is always fantastic. They always call once you check in to make sure everything is ok. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Great rates. No complaints whatsoever.

Rooms were very dirty. Dated is fine, but dirty is different. First room had used tissues and blood stained bedding so I switched. Second room has sheets that were absolutely not changed and had makeup from the previous user. Couch was full of pet hair. Really poor condition hotel and very unclean. I didn’t see any cleaning staff during my entire 5 nights stay.

Booked and paid ahead with Expedia and when trying to check in after many stays with no issues today they demanded $150 deposit hold and forms to be filled in. Will never book there again.

My issue was that the receptionist was very very very hard to understand and didn't put back my deposit to the right account she insisted that i paid it debit when actually was done on a visa but was not having it so it ended up on ly debit !! not impressed with that
