“We had an amazing stay at ging tea house It is a rare gem hidden in the mountains with breathtaking views. The property manager Mr. Andrew made sure our stay was memorable. He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us. The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. ”

“Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

“It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience.”

“The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill.”

“It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Sumitel Spa n Resorts. Everything was as per our expec tations. There should be some improvement in toiletry items. Towels were old and to be discarded now. Comid lid was not fixed properly. But overall we liked the ambience. And the most beautiful part is that you can see the beautiful view of Kanchenjunga from your rooms. Thanks. ”
