"This room we booked does not have windows, the photos were misleading as they used the pictures of their bigger room. The common kitchen area have windows therefore the room is tagged with "city view". Which we found very disappointing. Do not go with this option unless you're comfortable without any window. "We had an absolutely brilliant family holiday for a week over New Year! Everything was so easy, with special thanks to our hotel ‘connector’ who organised all of our wishes and was super responsive! No ask was too much. The food options were excellent, hotel comfortable and family friendly…. With something to do for all ages. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve come across in luxury hotels and paid attention to all the fine details. The New Years Eve gala was quite impressive - the largest spread of all types of food, from grilled lobster, crab and oyster bar, sushi, Indian, freshly made papaya salad to name a few!! The band and fireworks were fantastic and the service was excellent for such a large event. Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay so fabulous and memorable!"
