"Overall, this hotel offers decent value for money, especially considering its convenient location near Hakata Station. However, the room size is extremely small, even by Japanese standards. Space is very tight, and it is difficult to properly open or fit a suitcase, which can be quite inconvenient for travelers with luggage. The bathroom is also compact but functional. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom, which made the experience less pleasant. Another downside is the lack of practical storage. There are no hooks to hang used towels, and no shelving or space to place clothes, which makes the stay less comfortable, especially for more than one night. In summary, it’s a budget-friendly option in a good location, but the limited space, lack of basic in-room facilities, and the bathroom odor may be a drawback for some travelers."

"All nice, I think the rooms are a bit dated and could get a renovation. For the breakfast please let guests get coffee served from the big espresso machine, I personally think that a WMF self serve machine coffee is totally inadequate for a 5 star hotel, not a good coffee. This was one of the reasons I only had one breakfast at the hotel and the rest outside. Food quality at breakfast was all fine. Thanks."
