Room clean. Two people in king bed room. One pillow for two people. Their solution- move us to another room. We had already made two trips to get to this room. How about an employee going to another room and getting us some pillows.

Toilet wasn't clean,TV didn't work.Stayed 2 nights.Went to the office to tell attendant TV wasn't working.Syated they will have maintenance remedy the situation tomorrow.Went all morning the next day to handle business.Got back to room it was half cleaned with no face cloths and TV was still not fixed

I’ll never stay at a Motel 6, suggest a Motel 6 to friends, family, or even people I dislike because of this place. Dirty, dead bugs on floor, dirty bathrooms, no trash cans, dirty towels…list goes on. Everyone employed there besides Kiara suck. If I could give negative stats I would. They put me in a room that wasn’t cleaned, then put me in a room with no hot water, then when I came back after work to get a new room the cleaners dumped all my belongings in a trash bag and removed it from the room. I paid for a week… They had to locate my stuff, which makes me think someone took it home and brought it back after i complained. Worst hotel ever.

Rooms were under renovation some of the stairwells were blocked off they did not have the room that I rented available but they upgraded me to a room with double King beds in it check-in was easy and the check-in staff were friendly however upon leaving the morning checkout staff refused to allow me to check out for about an hour asking me to change my reservation and coming up with creative ways of saying she couldn't check me out even though my reservation stated that I was checking out by 11:00 that day very strange she also refused to get me a glass of tap water while I was clearly shaking from dehydration and about to pass out I explained that situation several times asking for any kind of assistance during that hour and was denied basic human kindness
