I do recall you asking to borrow a vacuum, but we would have been more than happy to have our housekeeper address any of your cleaning concerns had they been brought to our attention during your stay. Thanks for your review! All of the condos at Wildwood Suites are individually owned. They are all decorated and furnished differently. If you visit us again, we will try to choose a condo for you that may be more to your liking.

Sorry about the low number of drinking glasses, I am happy to report we restocked them with brand new ones within seconds of this being brought to our attention. Our on-site front desk is staffed from 9am to 5pm. Outside of office hours, assistance is available via our after-hours phone answering service.

I'm very sorry to hear about the barking dogs. We are very diligent about making sure our guests with pets are responsible and do not disturb others in the complex. The front desk is open from 9am to 5pm. On-call service is provided outside of business hours via the after-hours call service.
