Beds need to be replaced. Very poor. Linens poo = blankets. base board heater seconf bedroom needs to be replaced. doesn't work properly.

Renovations & Closures: The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. They will be closed from 22 April to 30 November: Swimming pool/Spa tub

Uncomfortable Stay
The beds were very cheap and felt like they were stuffed with sawdust. Very bad smell upon entry and never went away. Very limited kitchen supplies. Sofa bed was just as bad as the other beds. Not impressed. Finally, the “art” on the walls was atrocious. The room with twin beds had pics of creepy clowns.

Winterpoint unit #4 is a nice property for families, has numerous amenities ready to go, etc. Unfortunately, a locked closet on the upstairs level is full of moth balls and the smell has overcome most of the unit, especially bad upstairs where the two bedrooms are. If the smell were removed, this would be a great getaway...as is, you will not be pleased when you walk in and get a whiff.

Great location for Breckenridge stay!
The condo we stayed in was perfect for our family of 4! The condo was clean and wellstocked with all of the necessities. We were able to cook in the condo to save money on meals. We parked the car in the garage for the weekend and walked downtown and up to the ski area and gondola within 10- 15 minutes. It is the perfect distance from everything! The kids loved the pool and hot tubs. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and as advertised!
The space was very clean and spacious. It is so close to the Snowflake lift and easy access from 4 O’clock. My only critique would be that is smelled like moth balls-some plug ins would be great.

Excellent location.
The location was excellent. Walking distance to the lift or gondola and shops in town. Townhouse was comfortable and clean. Everything was great. I’d stay there again. The garage was too small for our large SUV but there was parking right outside so it was convenient. The only negative was that the master bedroom mattress sinks in the middle some and should be replaced.

WONDERFUL BRECKENRIDGE VACATION!
Our vacation in beautiful Breckenridge was wonderful! Enjoyed the Gondola, ski lift, train ride up the mountain, sled dog ride, all the free transportation, the fantastically breath-taking scenery from truely beautiful flowers everywhere to the snow- capped mountains! Our Condo at Winter Point was perfect, so clean & was furnished with every thing we could possibly need! We will be back Breckenr idge! Already planning a trip for next year!!!

The condo was very spacious and clean, very modern
The condo was very clean and neat, appliances were clean and modern, it had wifi and blue tooth a big screen TV. It was within walking distance of town and ice sculptures. We plan to stay here next year when we come back!

This was our first time renting a townhome versus a hotel. We were very pleased with everything. The only drawback was that we drive a large 4-door pickup truck and it would not fit in the garage! However, there was overflow parking just a few doors down that worked fine for this time of year.
