โClean room, lots to do, and friendly staff. The one front desk clerk was bouncing a ball on the desk and not looking at us when we asked a question but everyone else - rest of front desk, housekeeping, janitors - were all very friendly, professional, and helpful.
The rooms are big and clean. The only downside was no room service, but we were able to order take out from a restaurant and bring back to the room anyways. Pool is really nice and was perfecr for a hot day.
Would definitely stay here...
โDas Haus war der Wahnsinn. Ein wunderschรถnes uriges Ferienhaus am See. Hier konnten wir nach unserem Roadtrip noch zu Ruhe kommen und die Kulisse und Natur genieรen. Rehe haben uns besucht und Eichhรถrnchen. Und die Betten waren super bequem. Das war einer der schรถnsten Ferienhรคuser die wir je gebucht haben. Vielen Dank. โ
โFriendly and accommodating staff. The shower had water pooling issues, and the AC was loud when it kicked in. The AC didn't disrupt my sleep, though.โ
โI like the privacy on the wooded side of the property and the staff is kind. I don't like the interstate 5 side of the property as it can get very noisy in the room โ
โVery friendly staff, very helpful. Room was terrific and well appointed. My only complaint is that the scrambled egg (powdered of course) could have used a little more attention. โ
โI made a reservation 8 nights. Between staying, I realized clogged bathtub drain. The hotel changed the room. It was nice. This is a hotel for one day stay.
After check-out, the hotel fee was charged twice. 8 days have passed since check-out, but the problem has not been resolved.
Please cancel the double-charged fee.โ
