“The bathroom door and bedroom door does not stay closed. They open in a couple of seconds after you close it. It was just so annoying our entire stay. When you turn off the Main light switch to this room located by the front door, it turns off the lights above the headboard, along with powers to the rest of outlets. So you think you’re charging your phone while sleeping, you’ll wake up with a dead phone and all your devices. You have to keep the main switch on in order to charge your devices but...

“밤 늦도록 바깥이 시끄러운 것과 숙소 내부에 위치한 냉난방기 팬 소음을 제외하면 최고입니다. 작은 주방도 너무 좋아요.”

“Looks nice but rooms are not comfortable, linen is old and worn, mattress is subpar, high pitched constant sound from the AC unit, made the stay almost unbearable.”

“We really like staying here. It's within walking distance of one of the downtown Tempe light-rail stations, and it is then within walking distance of restaurants and nice neighborhoods to explore. The hotel itself is clean and quiet.”

“This hotel is pretty amazing. The room was very comfortable, A/C unit nice and quiet. The breakfast has many options. The Costa coffee brewing machine Le were awesome. They brewed medium roast coffee exceptionally, closing decaf and hot water. If there was a nitpick, it would be the WiFi. I’m sure it was fine, but IHG requires you to log in using an email address, which I will not disclose for privacy purposes. Why can’t they just stay with room number login?”

“Property was easy to get too. A lot of coffee shops, fast food, freeways and shopping close by. The desk lamp in the room had a short. We notified the front desk, they said they would send maintenance to our room but never did. Housekeeping only cleans the rooms every other day. I was only there two nights so I never got housekeeping. Sunday morning (check out ) day there was construction right outside my room that started at 6:30am. Needless to say we checked out and left earlier than planned.”
