“Loved, loved, loved! Walking distance to whatever you need- food, stores, gas station, and best of, all the beach! The property itself was impeccable. Amenities were great. Everything inside was clean and ready for us and smelled very fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Communication was clear and quick. We booked the 2 bedroom unit. I would choose to stay here again when visiting Sunny Isles Beach with a bigger group. Highly recommend!”

“very nice property in a quite area. everything is in good condotion, the pool is nice (although very shallow), washing machine, nespresso coffee machine beach towels,,, the only thing is that although we made a reservation for 7 the apartment wasnt ready for 7 people, the sofa bed was dirty when we opened it and we didnt have bed sheets for the sofa bed. We tried to make contact with the after hors assistance (we arrived late) but there was no answer. We eneded up 3 (2 adults 1 child) sleeping...

“Property was great! The host/property manager was wonderful! Checked up on us and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. Short walk to the beach and had all we needed for days we spent at the beach. Gym , pool, onsite convenience store, laundry room and tennis courts! Will definitely come back! ”

“Great property to vacation with family. The two bedroom and balcony space was more than enough space for family of four. It is fully equipped with everything you need including beach towels and chairs. I love the close proximity to the beach, grocery, shopping and restaurants. Safe and comfortable. Property host and coordinator was excellent. Will return to this property again. ”

“Really comfortable living space big 65 inch TV. Bedding is very comfortable and cozy. Shower is out of this world. Kitchen is well equipped. Mini market on site and laundry very accessible Elevator sometimes takes a long time to come ”
