View and location was amazing, however hotel is old and needs refreshment. Doesn't apply for a 4 stars hotel. No slippers, no cotton ear buds. Cups for coffee/tea was paper with only one choice of tea! Thanks God in bathroom was a glass cups. Restaurant was in very poor condition but expensive!

Very basic place, definetly does not cost the money, I paid. Not reccomended.

I gave this property 'good' instead of 'okay' because the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The unit itself was just okay.

Room was OLD, rust on commode, beds small and uncomfortable. We booked a 3 bedroom 2 bath for 6 people and got a 2 bedroom 1 bath and it was small and OUTDATED. No Luxury here!!

Milam’s Market in Sunny Isles is a great location for all kinds of foods. Highly recommended!
We really enjoyed Haulover Park.
I loved the predominant Russian vibe there in the guests, the cafes, and shops close by. Old Samovar restaurant (15 min. walk) served superb traditional Russian food. Felt very safe walking around on my own, although Collins Ave. was noisy.
Loved the beach and very well looked after !
I would plan to go back soon. Good experience.
