"The place was perfect for location for us, walking distance to Roger’s Centre, and had a great view. It was clean and comfortable. With a couple of additions it would have been perfect. There was a full size oven and stove which was great but no pans so we could use the oven. There was no toaster but a toaster oven was delivered quickly when we enquired. "

"When I arrived it was incredibly difficult to get in contact with reception to check in, then it seemed as though they were unable to find my booking for quite a while. I was not provided with the accommodations I had booked either. While the room and bathroom weren’t outright filthy, they were not super clean- could clearly see dirt and there were some bugs. I felt unsafe in the neighbourhood so ended up leaving early and checking in to a different hotel in a different neighbourhood. "

"I booked what was advertised as a townhouse for 4 guests in Toronto during one of the city’s busiest weeks. What I received was a dirty, cramped two-bedroom apartment that looked nothing like the listing. The unit was covered in human hair and clearly had not been cleaned properly. Because all other hotels in the city were booked, we were forced to stay in the unit partially and pay over $2,500 out of pocket for another hotel to accommodate the rest of our team.
