"Hotel had a wet smell to it. Dogs allowed in the resturant wasn't sure if it was the dog or the hotel. Rooms had damp smell as well. Guess it served its purpose just a stay for cruise the next day. More than that I would have left and asked for a refund."

"We checked in late at night after driving down from a day trip to the Kennedy Space Center in Orlando. Unfortunately, the check-in process wasn't the most welcoming. The agent simply handed us the room key and a resort map without offering any information about breakfast or the waterpark. We had to proactively ask for all the basic details that a hotel usually provides upfront. Because this resort is large and busy, navigating it can be a bit tricky, and you might find yourself needing to ask for directions. That being said, the staff throughout the rest of the resort were very nice. A quick heads-up for future guests regarding the amenities: your stay includes waterpark entrance, but keep in mind that it does not operate like a standard hotel swimming pool that stays open late. All children's facilities close early at 6:00 PM. If you are used to places like Universal's Loews Royal Pacific or the Hilton in Orlando—where pools stay open until 10:00 or 11:00 PM—just adjust your expectations for the evening here!"

"We were online over night for a quick stop before our cruise the next morning. I feel like I paid a lot of money for an average hotel room. As far as maintenance goes. The shower was a bit dingy. Room size was great, beds were comfortable and clean over the pillows. It was really just more of the state of the shower. Our soap /shampoo shelf was taped on the wall with masking tape."
