I spent 3 nights at this conveniently located, reasonably priced hotel with ample free parking. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave, plenty of storage space and bathtub with shower. The hotel staff were courteous and professional. There is a complementary continental breakfast available for guests. The hotel was quiet overnight so I always had a good night’s sleep. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again when in the Sunrise/Weston area.

This property was extremely dirty and very poor customer service. The hotel felt more like a hostel than a hotel. There is an mildew odor from the time you enter the lobby and the floors were sticky. My room had cob webs on the curtains and the ceiling had dark mold spots. Much of the infrastructure was broken and in need of repair. Lights, door handles, etc. Breakfast was bare minimum. The best thing about hotel was the location. Hotel needs new management staff to bring it back to proper accommodations. I changed rooms once and it was no difference. I cut my stay short and checked out to transfer to another hotel.

Check in was smooth. The property looked well kept. The hallways and the room smelled like bleach and that is a compliment. I’ve been to hotels that smelled like cat litter so I preferably bleach over cat litter. Smell any day. The rooms were clean and neat. The stay was perfect no complaints

Where to start?! The receptionist wasn't friendly or attentive. The hotel lacks basic maintenance and cleaning. The floors and particularly the carpets were filthy and stained. Repairs to damaged walls and doors were shoddy. The elevator certificate was over a year out of date. The lamp bases in my room were disgustingly dirty. The breakfast was adequate and check out was quick and easy. Stay away from this hotel! It's not worth saving a few bucks.

Staff wouldnt speak at all to you...when you ask for towels etc they act like they are sacred to respond or something or as if they are lost or dont speak english.. The breakfast was ok... The pool was amazing, the kids loved it.. The rooms were nice but never enough towels. When asking for more towels they never gave it to us..they said there was simply no more...for three days my family couldnt get more towels.. It seemed like there was no staff available to tend to anyone...
