"Everything was clean and the staff was nice. Our TV didn’t work and the technician came immediately to fix it. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room. The only problem I had was the shower curtain. It was ripped and the curtain didn’t cover the whole shower and water was coming out. Overall everything was fine and affordable!!"

"Overall decent stay as I was there for a Doctor’s appointment in Mercer Island. The first room we stayed in did not have any hot water in the shower and literally had to convince the facilities staff person that lukewarm water is not acceptable in a shower and we ultimately asked to be moved to another room. Additionally, there was an event that weekend involving children and they were playing and riding the elevators with little to no supervision. The saving grace of our stay was the restaurant staff at the Solarium really nice and attentive staff."

"#1Told there was a bar...nope #2 Told there was food available in bar restaurant...nope # 3 Begged for a late checkout.. .nope #4 Both myself and wife are handicapped no ice on the first floor and very poor directions to locate. #5 Nice staff except no staff early at front desk. #6 Don't recommend !"
