Not what I booked but was OK
Although we booked Beach on 6th, we were sent next door to rise and although the accomodation in rise was good it wasn't what I booked. No excuse or explanation was given just hears the keys.

Nice quiet area close to beach and river. Good sized apartment, tastefully decorated. Plenty of crockery.

Sunrise over the ocean is amazing. Spacious apartment. Warm and helpful reception staff. Best ever bakery cafe - selections all day were excellent - and all on ground floor.

Our apartment was very clean, spacious and quiet. We loved the ocean view from the balcony and the beach was just across the road.

we were disappointed that we were not allowed to check in at 10 am ,the manager said the room needed to be cleaned however we were at the property the day before at 4.30 pm & the room wasnt booked for that night . he said he would ring as soon as it was ready but no call

Amazing views and location, hard to beat on that front. Very close to the beach, will definitely be back. I dropped my watch under the bed and was a little disappointed to see how dirty it was back there, other than that a great place to stay and we hope to return some day.

The property has spectacular views over the beach, very modern finish. Just check your bookings as we noticed on the invoice that we where booked in the superior ocean view, but we were put in the standard ocean room without any explanation.

Our 2 bdrm unit had spectacular ocean views and was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved that the location was close to the surf club, cafe's, restaurants and shops. The property was very clean and modern and had good security.

Six days at Cotton Tree
This apartment was well located; walking distances to beaches, clubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. With beach front views we could not have asked for more.

We stayed in a studio which was very roomy. Vicki was excellent at he front desk. Big fridge for a studio room. We were very close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Admin was accommodating and helpful, rooms were sparse and lacked many basics expected from a self contained apartment, location is very good, facilities were clean, clothes drier wasn't easy to operate or didn't function correctly. No cooktop.

Great hotel and local amenities
Hotel staff were very friendly and assisted me with ensuring my surprise for my wife was ready and waiting in the room for when we arrived. The hotel is great and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, views over the ocean.
