The place was a building site being renovated and charging ridiculously exorbitant prices for a daggy room with a broken wardrobe door. There were no staff on site and lucky there was a cleaning lady available when we got there who messaged the owner to let them know we had arrived. Twice before arriving I had tried to call and left messages and no one returned my call. There was no mention on the booking about renovations which is very poor, as had I known about this I would have not booked. Overall very disappointing and unfortunately we had to leave to return home for an emergency. I’m actually quite pleased that we didn’t get to stay there because it’s absolutely terrible.

Room was fine, but we were in toom number 7 which is close to the sewage and when we opened the door we can smell. It was horrible. And the staff member do not know customer service. I called her twice to get the payment from my card, she said she will do it right away. But around 10pm she kept calling us for the approval we were sleeping after a long day!

Sadly not a good motel. Had to get directions from a guest on how to check in. No sraff on site. Ants on the ground outside my unit. The shower was unclean and in a shocking condition ie door board falling apart. Sorry the standards need to be raised. Would not recommend..

Nothing stands out. All good, no office person needs to call. But she let me check in early. Quite, which was good. Thought I was booking a big bed but I got a very small room with single bed. Just fans no air ac. On website didn’t say if you book for one, you booked for a very small room with single bed. Only cleaning lady here. Hums, she was sort of ok. Ok for one night.

I stayed in the single room. It's only small, but had everything I required. I would happily stay again. It is away from shops & restaurants etc (about 5 mins away by car), not really a place to stay if you don't have your own transport. Some renovations happening, should be good when finished.

I found a flea in the bed. The property is building the pool so is false advertising and the rooms don't get clean every day. If the pool and BBQ is not available they should be honest about it. Is misleading to advertise the pool when is under construction. I booked there thanking I'll be using the pool.

My partner has a disability, so we needed a motel close to The Big Pineapple because it is on his bucketlist and it was a special birthday. All I wanted was to read a book in front of a pool and sleep in. The pool was under construction... there was a hole, a digger, and a truck that made reverse beeping sounds outside our room for 30 minutes from 7 AM on Friday morning... no sleep in... no pool... no notification that the motel was a work site, which was quite dangerous for my partner's disability, not to mention the headache that lasted most of the day due to the beeping truck and digger. The property was fine but we should have been notified about the maintenance so we could make an informed decision. Overall felt deceived and we were really dissappointed. At the end of the day we still had a nice ebough time and had a laugh about our luck.

The people own the motel lie, no pool , room very small, bathroom no room to stand, photo are fake about the place, it joke for the money to pay a night, bed bugs , terrible place I have every stay in , I have been traveling all over Queensland for past 6 years to old ??????
