We did not enter your room and had your raised it with us whilst you were here we would have been able to clarify that for you. With respect to the balcony door being locked I thought I had explained (but apologies if i didn't ) that the latch on that door has slightly warped due to recent rain and therefore doesn’t properly line up with the catch and therefore can swing open in the breeze so to keep if from swinging we need to pull it tight and lock it. We were probably cooking and serving other guests when you attempted to come in, however we are glad you enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that we were able to accomodate you out on the deck to enjoy the views, kind regards Louise & Marko
