Great apartment worked perfectly for our family with teenage kids. Close proximity to the shopping centres was really handy, the pool was great and the apartment itself very comfortable.

Relaxing with a great outdoor pool
Location was excellent. Very spacious apartment. Great to have washing and drying,, also kitchen was well appointed. The supply of tea coffee,shower gel, washing up liquid etc was very limited so for a ten night stay we had to purchase everything. Also a non refundable deposit $10 for the two pool towels was excessive! Staff on reception were excellent.

We had two apartments on either side of the building and one apartment was recently updated where the other was slightly dated. Overall, the facilities in each apartment were great and the building facilities (pool, gym, etc.) we’re great as well.

M1 Resort was excellent, huge three bedroom apartment, with great views. Awesome location to all food, tourist and amenities. A little issue when we arrived was resolved immediately by the M1 team. Highly recommend staying here compared to some other site around this area.

The apartment was in great condition. Certainly large enough for our family and placed in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and river/beach. Definitely will be back.

Lovely place to stay.
I've stayed twice at M1. Lovely 3 br units. Clean with a large patio. Nice MBR. Hosts are communicative and helpful. Woolworths very close for groceries. Just steps to Cotton Tree. Amenities for cooking are very good. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 6 nights in a beautiful, spacious, split level apartment with excellent layout and amenities. The M1 resort is conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants, shops and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was nice, the furniture ok. We booked a 6 week stay and in that time they barely spent 3 hours cleaning in total. The kitchen was supplied with the absolute basics only. Overall we don't recommend this place for a family vacation

As detailed in the booking information provided, for longer stays, we provide a weekly service including change of linen and towels etc however, should any guest requre daily servicing we are happy to do so for a small additional charge. We've looked into the issues referred to in your review and have made minor adjustments to the ducting supplying cool air to the bedrooms. Likewise the bedroom door. The beds are brand new Sealy Posturepedic and we have had a large number of favourable comments from guests - no doubt everyone has their preference in terms of the support provided by a particular bed. Unfortunately we could find no issue with the shower floor but we appreciate that our housekeepers may have resolved this during their comprehensive post stay cleaning regime. Kind Regards

Great stay! the managers are very caring and very welcoming. Due to extreme winds/a cyclone warning before our arrival, they moved our room to a much bigger room just to allow us to use our balcony- at no extra cost! the location is unbelievable too. lastly, its one of the few places I have been that probably looks even better in real life! thanks for having us!

I was expecting water views as per the description but my view was a carpark and buildings. The apartment was dirty, still crumbs left on the couch, greasy oven, old crumbs in the toaster. The aircon didn't work properly. Would never stay there again.
