WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED
had a real loud humming noice come through the speakers in the baby’s rooms from 1am to 230am in the morning then the manager came up and it just stopped, then the next day they didn’t even bother coming up to try figure out what happened all the lady at reception said was can I please ask that you don’t call our manager after hours to wake her up if it happens again, this is NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL, it’s a 5 star apartment witch the receptionist told us falls under a different category as a hotel, no room service, no professional help/care, the worst customer service I have ever received after 4 nights in a 3 bedroom penthouse and spent $900 a night, I also requested the manager to contact me so I can let her know our concerns and resolve the issues, 3 days later and I still haven’t heard from her neither the staff or manager cares about their customers at all.
I also found they advertise it as a 5 star hotel witch is false advertisement. Anything we asked about or spoke to reception about felt like it was a major issue and we felt unwelcome and could not wait to leave. Would never return under any circumstance and if it wasn’t for having 2 baby’s under 2 we would have packed up straight away and left.
