So sorry to hear this I will try to send you an email as I need to know where you were staying? We have not had an issue with the water. Please always let us know and we will be there to rectify any problems, We have just received new milk cartons so all will be up to date.

Hi Barry, we clearly state this studio has no views, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, we have many people rebook the studio as we are told its much nicer than many motel rooms, being all new with a spa bath and at a budget price, if you want more space than you can always pay more and stay in the garden view or a waterfront villa. We had no choice to mention Double bed as this site does not have an option to put Double bed only Queen or single. We will look into the boards you mention, as for the extremely bright lights on the air conditioner, this is the first time this has been mentioned. All Panasonic air cons have this blue light. Hi Mikey, we are compared to a lot of resorts in the area and as we are just a small business we occasionally, have a key left for guests, that arrive late, most are happy to check in and we catch up with them the next day. We did say you could stay in the room longer than the 10 am checkout, but you decided to leave your bags in the storeroom. Sorry if we didn't suit your needs. Regards Saltwater Villas

Hi we are sorry you did not like the studio, there are people in the villa above and this would have been the noises you heard. We normally show people the studio and if they prefer to upgrade we can do so if the other villas are available. Some people choose to stay in the studio as they enjoy the spa and being able to bring a pet. Please let us know whilst you are staying if you are not happy as we will do our best to accommodate you.

Hi we are sorry you were not happy with your stay, we were not aware of the heating not working, we do everything possible to rectify any issues during your stay. We do have access to the canal on our property, also BBQ and pool on the waterfront are for all guests.
