Room was cleanand checking in was good. Got up early and went for breakfast not muchleft. Hotel in convenient location to be able to walk around town.the downfall was no shoveling being done in front or on side to be able to get through just not great.

The hotel, the staff, the surrounding area is all immaculate . You won’t be disappointed they have a pool with warm water. I like that because of my arthritis, there are a few bars in the area a few grocery stores, convenience, stores, nearby, and a Walmart if you need immediate things only a mile away.

The room was a little dirty, had spilt coke/pepsi on the bathroom floor and a shaver cover as well. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The staff through out our stay were all awesome. There was a young lady at the desk that was especially helpful in giving us a late check out. Thank you!

Nice newer hotel in downtown Superior. Ample/easy parking, seemed like a safe area and easy to walk to bars, restaurants, etc. Hotel was clean, in nice shape. One thing is that we were not informed when checking that daily cleaning doesn't happen unless requested, so surprised when came home late the first day and no new towels, etc. Front desk resolved. Also had planned for dinner in the attached steakhouse, which closed unexpectedly due to staff illness. Know they can't control for, but a bit of a disappointment. Breakfasts in the morning were so/so. Not bad for free but have had better and more variety at other places. Bottom line would stay again for the value and location.
