시내에 위치한 호텔
전체적으로 오래된 시설이나 관리는 잘 되고있음. 시내 중심가에서는 다소 떨어진 위치로 주변에 상점나 식당이 없음. 길건너 대형상가가 있으나 이동이 다소 불편함. 조식은 호텔이름에 걸맞지 않게 별로였음.

Deposit system in Hotel.
The deposit system of this hotel is different with Korea's one. We paid the deposit, using a credit card. At that time, the Master Card inform me that there is a transaction at Shangri-La surabaya as much as deposit. So, I think it would be cancel when I check out. However, it was not canceled. They insisted there was no any transaction, the deposit does not mean pay the amount but just block the amount. But the Master Card inform me that I paid it. So, the front said it will not be indicated on monthly bill. Anyway, I will wait the bill for December. The Shangri-La should explain me about this system. Then, I would pay the deposit by CASH.

At the time of check-in, we pre-authorize your card, although at the stage no funds are deducted from the account. There are some banks, however, that directly notify customers as if there has been a transaction. Nevertheless, if no charges are made, the authorized amount is released directly by the bank generally within 14 working days, or less. I hope this answers your question. 출장, 여행, 어떤 상황이든 추천합니다
수라바야 지역으로 출장을 가서 선택한 호텔이었는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 가장 기본 룸을 예약했는데 침대외에 책상과 소파가 들어가 있을 정도로 공간이 넓어서 여유로운건 물론 객실에서 일을 하는데도 편해서 다음에도 이용할 생각입니다. 호텔의 전체적인 분위기가 인도네시아 휴양지의 느낌이 많이 풍겨서 출장으로 이용했지만 휴가를 온 것 같은 기분이 들게 해주는 것도 만족스러웠습니다.

최고의 호텔이었습니다.
혼자하는 첫여행으로 선택한 호텔이었는데 정말 너무 만족하였습니다. 새로 오픈한 3주된 방으로 안내받았는데 정말 혼자 쓰기에 아까울 정도로 너무 좋은 방이었고 고급스럽고 화장실도 매우 만족 정말! 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 저녘 부페도 가격도 저렴하고 맛도 있었고 꼭이용해 보세요~

근처에 씨퓨트라 월드 몰이나 수바라야 타임 스퀘어가 있어 쇼핑 및 외식도 편하고 좋았습니다. 다른 여타의 샹그릴라 체인 처럼 오전 식사가 예술이네요. 전반적으로 만족 합니다!

예상대로 럭셔리하고 서비스 및 풍경이 좋았습니다. 또한 가까운 곳에 한국 식당 명가 레스토랑이 있어서(차로 약 10분) 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔 내에도 중국, 일본 식당이 있어서 인도네시아 음식이 맞지 않는 분들에게도 좋은 호텔이라고 생각합니다.

Very welcoming hotel. Clean, spacious and wonderful staff. Food is good with plenty if choice for everyone. The gym is a bit dated but has enough equipment. Calm atmosphere all around.

Refurbished rooms are great!
The refurbished rooms are very well done. Spacious and thoughtfully designed. The club lounge had creative and tasty canapes and the wine selection was very pleasant. Thanks to Mr Eric at Bumbu for his kind hospitality. I generally felt very welcomed and attended to at Shangri-La Surabaya. Thank you.

The staff are excellent, the property is beautiful, the pool is very nice and there are 4 places to eat inside the hotel. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a wide variety of options. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay
We have stayed at this hotel regularly. It is consistent, with great staff, nicely appointed rooms, good restaurant options and a safe and clean facility. This hotel is very comfortable for long business stays.
