“The staff are friendly, when we entered the room there was a smell of cigarettes, but we were with children, so we asked the front desk employee to change our room, they changed our room without any questions, we are happy because there was no smell in the 2nd room, so I recommend this hotel, it is clean, the staff is kind.”

Also before arriving i called to ask about having a room on the first floor because of my knee still recovering from acl surgery.
