“Friendly, helpful staff. On arrival at check in, the hotel receptionist saw I was limping and said he would change our room to a ground floor one. Also, we said we are gluten intolerant and he said he would let chef know- chef coincidentally appeared in the hallway on the way to our room and said what a great choice there will be for breakfast! Very welcoming and accommodating here! ”

“Ideal location to host a bukkake party with six friends as the floors were easy to clean. Parking was easy and its location is ideal in the centre of the town. Rooms are very basic but the kitchen is nice and looks good. Rooms are cold in winter due to poor windows and doors and the house is really made of lego I think but the boys were able to maintain the stiffness all night. ”

“Arrived at the end of a long days work with the family in tow. Pulled up to a house on a industrial estate and groaned. What had we let ourselves in for? “The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. ”

“Especially clean, staff were nice and professional, thankfully they had two fans in the cupboard as the room we were in was sweltering but it was one of the hottest days of the year so far didn’t have breakfast but it looked liked a good spread (Continental). The restaurant was busy on check in which says a lot about the food which is supposed to be brilliant so will deffo try next time. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but all in all would recommend the hotel and would be happy to take the family back...

“I think this is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed at Palmers and as always the staff were really welcoming. the pub has a great ambience and the food is excellent. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.”
