"3 nights solo in Phuket old town . Good location . The room was very very small . The window looked out onto an asbestos roof . The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in . The lady at check in was very rude . Some of the other staff were nice enough . "

"The staff was walking distance to many shops and dining areas. The staff was incredibly nice. Hotel was close to Phuket old town. Clean and easily located. Easy area for excursion groups and tours to pick you up. Would stay again. "

"Good location near to Phuket old town (but not right inside noisy & crowded old town) & Bus terminal 1 where airport bus stop. Quite a few nice eating place where the locals eat. Room is comfortable enough"

"Location fabulous. View from room was sensational. The amenities great but most of all the team were great . From the moment i arrived and was greeted by NOP and the emergency person Ton I felt i was in good hands.
