“Usually when you book a hotel you usually dissapoint in some part, but here everything was more than we could ever hope for! From the staff to the food and to activities everything was as good as it can be! I don’t honestly know what more can a hotel do! 10/10 please if you are thinkin between this and some other place think no more this really makes you feel like you are in a paradise!”

“Not bad”

“We visited on our honeymoon and were overall very satisfied with our stay. After staying at a few other accommodations, this place stood out in a number of ways. The facilities, cleanliness, friendly staff, and food were all excellent. The app made it incredibly easy to access and navigate the available services. Be sure to take advantage of the all-inclusive option and enjoy a drink with Wang Chang — it’s totally worth it!”

“Great, nice staff, this is the only strength of this hotel. Dining options are very poor and the prices not worth for the food quality - high prices for a mediocre food. The breakfast quality is mediocre. There are a lot of maintenance issues inside the room: i got several electrical problems (much of recharge sockets are out order) and this well documented by travellers, the rooms are pretty old and not well maintained. Buttom line: this is not 5 stars hotel, other 4 stars hotels much better...

“One of the best resort i never been around the world. Worth every dollar spent !”

“ from South Korea who stayed here for our honeymoon from November 13th to 16th. The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic. However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff. We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said...

“신혼부부에겐 별로. 가족단위의 손님이 많다. 직원들은 친절했으나 요청한서비스가 전달이 잘 안되는 경우가 많아 실망스러웠다.”

“Perfect Meals, drink, activities are all inclusive. I just enjoyed.”

“The Bay Club was a wonderful resort in a really convenient location. We went as a family of 4 with two young kids 9 and 11 years old, and everyone loved it. We stayed in a 3 bed ocean view ground floor appartment which felt like home away from home. We were full board and stayed for two weeks, the food was delicious, and the portions were big. The resort had all the amenieties you could ever want and a beach house that had complimentary water sports like pedalo, paddle board, kayak etc. There...
