홀리데이인 스러운..
벤츠에서의 일정때문에 출장으로 이용하게 되었습니다. 이동거리가 너무 애매해서 좀 애를 먹었지만 브랜드답게 편안하게 묵고 일하고 올 수 있었습니다.

홀리데이인.
호텔은 대체적으로 만족하나 대중교통이 없어서 택시를 타고 역까지 나가야 하는 불편이 있습니다. 인터넷은 하루 2만5천원을 내야 쓸 수 있습니다.

Great pool and spa facilities, lots of parking, reception very helpful, meal at the restaurant was nice although a little overpriced. Amazing breakfast!

Are stay
Was amazing. Had a good time. Had lots of vegan friendly foods although they did get my pizza wrong at first and some other guest were a little rude but staff were amazing and felt very happy. Would defo recommend. The singer night was great

It was difficult at night to see the way to reception. The 3 reception staff were pleasant enough but were engaged in their own conversation and while I was checking in, the phone rang incessantly without any staff answering the call. My room was fine, clean and bathroom was decent. But please - place a box of Kleenex in either the bedroom or bathroom! Especially during the cold winter months! The heat control in my room only put out cold air - it was a very chilly night indeed in room 207.

The best holiday in I have stayed in apart from the food which was terrible . Yes it was busy but no excuse for food of that poor a quality

Heating not working in my £150 per night room. Temperature outside over-night was -2 degrees C. At 6pm I informed the reception, they said they would deal with it. At 11pm I asked again, still no action. Cold night and even colder getting up early. I had to leave at 6am, and did not fancy a shower in such a cold room. Only received a weak 'sorry' in the morning.

A lovely stay
Every member of staff was happy and friendly, the service really was very good. Breakfast was very tasty, much better than expected from a buffet. The corridors and parts of the spa were a bit run down but clean enough. The atmosphere was lovely.

We received poor service from the front desk lady named Nina. She was very pushy making us to confirm we have booked our room using a master card ending xxxx, with a very unfriendly attitude. We answer in an unsure tone trying to explain we booked through expedia and we would not have used a master card to book. She was very unhappy with the response and said "that's fine this is your key", without even letting us to finish our sentence. Ended up we were correct, most likely the master card is an expedia account, but we do not want to have another conversation with Nina. The gentleman helping us the next morning for checkout was nice and friendly, I hope the check-in with Nina was a one off experience.

This is an older property that has been updated in recent years - It is off the beaten path - Not close to very much - Room was comfortable and the team were very nice and professional

The room was adequate but the tables and work tops weren't wiped down. There is a bathtub in my room which would have been good if it was advertised. The pool and spa facilities were nice.

An okay stay but could have been improved
The hotel had a funny damp smell on the ground floor corridor to our room, seem to disappear once inside our room. The pool area needs some TLC and jacuzzi wasn’t working. Staff in bar were friendly, staff on check-in desk not so friendly or helpful, being told different things by different staff members. Overall an ok stay.

We stay only one night and it was great, you can walk into town with lots of pubs- restaurants etc. easy access to the train station

Disappointing for the price TV didnt work
Unfortunately our stay wasnt as expected. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the rooms immaculate however upon arrival we were advised that our room consisted of a bed abd a sofa bed which was suitable for upto age 13 years i had my kids age 15 and aged 17 but this wasnt asked at time.of booking nor was the option to put ages in. Only under 18 The TVs in both rooms wouldnt work correctly and kept switching themselves off after 30 secs to a minute. We had spent the day at thorpe park so we were all ready to.chill in front of the Tv after informing the staff we were told oh i dont know what to do aa we have no maintenance staff on a weekend. So just try switching on and off. Which we did but thay didnt work. My partner had to lift off the wall to do this so it wasnt easy. We ended just going to bed, and my partner ended up sleeping on the floor under a bath towel due to the sleeping arrangements not being catered for
