"The spa was inviting and the staff very good. Made to feel comfortable and the treatment was great. The pool area was okay and while we did enjoy it we just feel it lacked an intimate atmosphere as was a gym club. Definitely could have done with either drinks service for guests or a bar. However we enjoyed our stay and would go again "
"Overall the room was good, the show needs deep clean but usable. The kettle lead needs being made longer to reach the socket.
Blinds and inside the windows could do with cleaning .
Overall not bad at all .
Staff very friendly, we asked for more tea and milk the lady on reception but them in our room for us great service. "
"We were upgraded to a larger room upon our arival. A beautiful space to relax in and a short walk away from the city center. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was like a home away from home... just nicer."
"At the price I paid for this I honestly wasn't expecting much but my friend and I had 2 rooms (front ground floor) and they were both excellent, clean and comfortable and I honestly could not fault them. I was worried that because of the rooms position it would be noisy, but no I had a great nights sleep.
Position size its about10 mins walk from Carrow Road there is a good pub just across the road and also a cafe.
The hotel has its own bar and provides breakfast but I didn't get the chance to use either but the bar looked ok and going on my experience of the staff I met I'm sure the breakfasts will be good.
Parking:- there is no car park but street parking is free after 4pm till I think 9am. However if you need to park outside these times the hotel provided a parking permit for £5."
"We stayed in a family room. All was OK but the door lock prevented us exiting the room as we tried to check out! We had to exit by unbolting the double door."
