โI enjoyed a one-night stay very much, in the cleverly designed single room with its own separate bathroom. Very welcoming, all amenities provided (apart from a holder for toothbrush and paste, but it is a very small bathroom!) and beautifully presented and tasty breakfast. A word of warning if you're walking there from the station - it's uphill and quite steep!โ
โThe room is well-decorated. And the host is kind.
But the room was little noisy. My room was outdoor A/C unit view. I was surrounded by them. So that machines made a lot of noise.
There is no E/V.... and the stairs ate complicated. If you have big luggage, you should think again to stay here.
And one more thing, bathroom floor was not clean and was slippery though I didn't spoiled anything.โ
โI booked this hotel as it was walking distance to main line train stations and local shops. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful. Lots of options to dine in and out, the bed was very comfortable, the room had a kettle for tea or coffee and complementary water bottles. โ
โWe stayed here during a work trip. It was a great place to rest and spend time in the room. They have a bottom floor thatโs underground that one of the staff put us in when we arrived early but was so appalling that we asked to change. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night.
