"The area felt safe. Staff was not very welcoming. Had a toilet flood!!! The soap dispenser was empty!! Will I come back?? not sure!!"

"Great location, but the pull out bed in our first room was nasty. It had grass and dirt and other nasty stains on the mattress, which we also had to go down to the front desk to get sheets for. We asked to change rooms but the second pull out bed was just as nasty. We ended up getting a refund and going to a different hotel. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful."

"The parking was fine. The front desk lady when we checked in had no personality, couldnt care less that we were checking. Pool couldn’t be used because the water was cold. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE MATTRESS WAS THE WORST I’VE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL (room 311). You had to lie in the middle of the mattress because it sloped downward. The best thing, the luggage cart rolled well and worked fine."
