“Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped flat in peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay. The instructions for collecting the keys could have been given more prominence in the welcome email. Other than that small point this was faultless.”

“The property was very clean and well maintained, but the walk down from the car park to the hut site was a bit of a trek, and very badly maintained owing to the fact it was a public footpath , and the access path through the gate was very precarious other than that it was an excellent base for Leeds castle and other attractions,the accommodation was in excellent order and very peaceful.”

“Very good value for money for a nice hotel with a gym and mini spa. Shame about the guests. Some teenagers going out in Maidstone ruined it for us. Hotel management should consider this and thetefore ensure families are placed away from groups of youngsters who are likely to disrupt sleep. Breakfast buffet was great, but the quality and variety for the bar and restaurant menus really need to improve ”
