“Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. “Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. ”

“We wanted quiet, peaceful, beautiful, unique and considerate and that’s what we got. To be woken up by pheasants and lambs, dinner at The Plough, logs being burnt inside and out and amazing views and walks… it was all there.”

“Visited Whitstable for my 60th birthday present. Also to run the half marathon there. Apartment in lovely central location. Plenty of space within the apartment. Bedrooms are at the back which is quiet with just an access lane. Bed linen was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Sofas comfy and a good sized tv with all the usual channels. Kitchen well equipped. Another reviewer mentioned about having to take their rubbish with them, this isn’t correct, there’s a black bin with the flat...

“Incredible! We loved our little cabin in the woods. I would highly recommend, it really suited us as a family of 4 with 2 little ones. It was comfy and cosy and all the little details had been considered! ”
