"We arrived at 1pm after travelling all day our rooms were ready but they wanted to charge us £10 per hour for early check in for each room so £40 for early check in which I refused, this in my opinion was not great customer service. The hotel room was nice but to say the air con was set for 16 degrees and was never turned off it never felt cool infact quite the opposite. Breakfast nice."

"Clean room and helpful staff. Great communal area for relaxing. If I could suggest an improvement it would be that the coffee station is cleared more frequently and the machine replenished (we may have just been unfortunate in our timing there)."

"We were only here for one night, but we enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice property in the heart of London, convenient to many tourist spots. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though we do wish it would have opened before 8:00 AM, as we had to rush off to the airport before 9:00. The electronic door key system worked great, once we were able to navigate the on-line checkin process, which was a bit complicated. With the automated check-in and check-out procedures, we didn't have to talk with the staff much, but they were friendly and helpful in the brief interactions we did have. The room was a little small, which one might expect for downtown London, but comfortable nonetheless."
