"Cannot adjust room temp our room was so hot, they brought us a fan which helped, Did not have a coffee maker as advertised they said they didn't have enough for all the rooms, elevators where terrible so packed and took forever, and the stairwell smelled aweful"

"I have stayed in this hotel three times now. The first stay was beyond excellent, the second not so much. But this third time was pretty good once I'd managed to check in (they weren't having an early check-in, beyond giving me an accessible room which I didn't need or something in the basement), but I was pretty happy with where they finally put me as it was very quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the free drink. If I run London next year then I will probably want to return for a fourth time."

Some staff seemed very new this time (we found it difficult to order a cup of coffee up to the room - called front desk and the first time what arrived was bags of instant) but all tried and were super friendly.
