"The building itself looks nice, the interior is clean and modern, staff all very lovely and helpful. I did witness a cleaner on her break toss her empty rubbish into the flower beds outside the hotel which wasn’t great though. Our room had everything inside you needed, but there were no instructions to operate the oven so we had to look them up on Google which wasn’t ideal. The bathroom looked clean but smelled of urine so I had to spray the toilet and floor with perfume to mask it. The bed was comfortable, but the rooms are far too hot even with the Dyson fan provided. It REALLY needs air con! Also, every time people closed the main door to the hotel floor, it woke us up as it slams loudly (we were the first door after it so if you’re in a room close to the main door, prepare for the noise!) it is close to the tube station and shops and restaurants which is handy too. The lounge on the top floor is lovely with nice views so I recommend going up there. The price was excellent for our 3 day stay, and we would stay here again."

"I thought the front end staff were very customer focused & helpful. Our issue was with who ever was servicing our rm . It was dusty , the garbage wasn’t being emptied? Then the last day we stayed they didn’t clean our rm at all . ? Over all I would recommend this hotel"

"I only stayed her for one night so I didn’t have the chance to experience a lot of what the hotel had to offer - the pool, breakfast, bars etc. With that said I was very happy with everything I did see there. The room was lovely - comfortable bed, good amenities, great shower. I really love the little control panel that you can adjust lighting, window blinds and temperature - very convenient. It’s in a great location - close to Waterloo Station & a few minutes walk from Lambeth North tube station. Staff at reception were pleasant and efficient. A great stay - I’d highly recommend it"

"This place is great! Feels like a very upscale hotel - robes and slippers, plenty of towels, shower and deep tub, comfortable beds, good AC. There was plenty of room downstairs to hang or work if you wanted space outside the room. The breakfast buffet looked great. Free fruit and cold water in the lobby each day. Not far from transport - walkable with bags."

"The staff was amazing especially Aleks - couldn't do enough for us. Food at the bar was pretty good - too hot to go out and find a restaurant not to mention most didn't have a/c. A/c in the room worked well but common areas were hot. Bed was comfortable; shower was nice. However, unfortunately the room was the size of a postage stamp with no place to sit or put luggage. I can recommend the hotel if you book a triple room unless you don't mind sleeping in a closet."
