"We had a great stay. Self check in was smooth, staff were available if required. Our room had the single bed made up ready, I'd forgotten to request a travel cot. Whatsapp service available, for reception, message sent and 10 mins later a cot was with us. I asked for some more coffee pods too, wan't a problem. Staff couldn't be more helpful. I would stay here again."

"The pros: Great location. Walking distance to Thames River. Easy to get to from Gatwick Airport. Marks and Spencer’s just up the street. Walking distance to just about anything (seriously, just walk around. It’s the best way to explore London). Good gym with everything you need. Solid breakfast. Arnel who works in the restaurant is the highlight of my morning The cons (I’m knit-picking) Area can feel busy if you don’t like tourists lol rooms don’t really have a view. Wouldn’t let me check in an hour early unless I paid a fee"

"Didn't like the pool area, looks nicer in pictures. You have to reserve a swim time because the pool is small. Some man thought he reserved the pool for himself and family and told everyone to get out and complained to staff. The rooms were very dusty and not cleaned properly. Breakfast was great."

"The hotel was clean and stylish, and the staff (especially the receptionist) were great. They checked us in without hassle, took care of our bags before our room was ready and gave some recommendations. The room was comfortable and you could see the Tower Bridge."

"Very good overall, staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. One of the rooms the shower didn’t shut all the way but as it was a friend staying in that room we didn’t find out about it until we checked out. I’m sure if we raised it to staff it would have been able to be rectified. Only point would be I wish there were more gluten free options both at the bar and at breakfast time."
