Great little hotel. Modern and easy walking distance to Borough Market. Shops nearby. Room was small, but that’s just London for yah- it had everything that we needed. Cool tech in the room with great blackout curtains that were perfect for tackling jet lag!

We walked to the subway every day. There are a lot of restaurants along the way. Rental bikes are also available just outside the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is very nice, with an above average selection of items. The staff was very helpful dealing with our delayed luggage, and providing directions and recommendations.

Unique modern hotel in a great location. The latest integrated tech system for checking in and out, as well as all the room controls are nice, however, there were a couple of glitches especially with the climate control. Would be good to have a backup on some so you’re not relying on the iPad solely.

The room is a cramped box in a low budget hostel masquerading as a modern, chic hotel. They're getting by on vibes and advertising, and I won't be falling for it again. I was so irritated by the low quality stay, I actually left after the first night (booked for two) to book a stay at a nearby hotel.

Great location, very unique, hotel, artsy and hipster, urban professional vibe, comfortable beds. Everything works with an iPad very futuristic and design. If you have issues with electronic technology, recommend going somewhere else.

Hotel is near bus transit and a short walk to the tube as well. Very nice and quiet area. The hotel itself was nice. The staff were very helpful as well and it was convenient to have a bar/restaurant downstairs that was open late. My only complaints were the temperature in the room was rather warm (regardless of how low you set the thermostat). Also the one lift in operation was a bit of an inconvenience, but not too terrible. I’d also say that the room was clean, but could definitely use a deep clean for sure. Overall, I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect except a set of my earphones went missing from my room- they were removed from my bedside table/ I do not remove from the room and have repacked to look everywhere- no sightings. I have reported this incident to staff who checked but did not offer compensation.

I love CitizenM, I always stay here when I go to London and the location is absolutely perfect, you have the Underground nearby and to be close of museums, Tower Bridge and the Borough Market, it makes it the perfect place. Also, the hotel is super nice. The rooms are a bit tiny if you’re traveling with someone but the price is worth it.

The room was ridiculously small. There was absolutely no space on two sides of the bed. One person had to climb all the way over to the other side to get in bed first or they would have to climb over the person who was already in bed.
