This hotel was GREAT! Location was perfect - I felt so safe walking around this area, a lot of great coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. We got to the hotel before our check in time and we were able to check in early. Would totally stay here again!

Room was very clean, lovely room design. Also great to see amenities from local suppliers and brands. Only things I would say is that in future you should probably tell a guest that if they want an ice bucket delivered to their room that it will be £12 porterage fee, I also crossed through a service charge for 2 drinks at the bar which was still charged. Service is discretionary and 2 drinks is hardly ‘service’.
