“Good area of town with the parking structure just down the street and front street a block away. Not that close to the beach or waterfront from what I could tell. It is $20 for overnight parking. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable, my wife was very impressed :) Communication with Kasa was easy and clear over text message. If you do the check-in process ahead of time like you're supposed to, I can't see how you could have any issue. A few reviews complain about check-in but I did it before...

“Great stay. Great price. Extremely clean. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable with the arm rests but it’s not the end of the world and the bed was a bit squeaky whenever you moved but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Great communication and easy to use tech for entering building and unit. Perfect location. I would definitely book with Kasa again. ”
