GWL has been a great experience for our family for many years. We came when my kids were all in grade school. This year we came with my children and grand children! My only disappointment is to pay for parking. We had three cars for two days. We could have stayed another night for the cost of all of us to park. Overall, it’s a great experience and I highly recommend it!

Food was alright from the in store restaurant. Prime rib wasn’t steakhouse quality but still enjoyed it. Pool area was fun the kids complained the water was cold and I would have to agree it was kinda cold but otherwise it was fine. Arcade the kids had a good time. Our room was very clean and tidy but the shower wouldn’t drain. We would stay again if using coupons for a discounted rate

The room was in great condition, however the noise in the hallways and above us was very loud and kept our children up. The walls are very thin and i think a noise ordinance should be in place seeing as how it is a kid friendly place.

Absolutely wonderful!!

I absolutely loved this place. We had a fairly large family visit and it was wonderful. The decor and atmosphere is truly outstanding. This is a fun and magical experience for adults and children alike.

Fun-filled, magical escape with the kids. This is way better than other water park hotels. It’s clean with spacious rooms. It’s not overly crowded. I highly recommend. Will go again for sure.
