We stayed for 2 nights n there was no hot water, we used cold water, I did not like that at all, was so disappointed, the location is ok n price , the manager was friendly thou n tried to explain that they had one of the pipes burst thats y there was no hot water, breakfast was 10/10

We had a great stay at this Hotel, very affordable compared to the standard. Good location. SUPER (!) service, they helped with everything from activities to transport and were quick. Exellent breakfast as well.

Hervorragendes Hotel, gut gelegen um alles in Swakopmund auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück sehr gut, wie auch das Wifi in den Zimmer (was für unsere Jungs immer wichtig ist). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Excelente escolha.

Hotel está muito bem localizado, logo na estrada que liga a cidade a Walvis Bay. O atendimento da equipe é de alto nível. Todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Demoram um pouco a responder emails, portanto sugiro enviar solicitações com prazo de 3 dias, pelo menos.

Zentral in Swakopmund gelegen, man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und das Auto stehenlassen. Hotel leider sehr laut und hellhörig. Frühstücksraum eiskalt, wir haben mit Pulli gefroren. Zu Stoßzeiten völlig überfüllt, dafür ist das Buffet einfach zu klein.

The location is good. WiFi in the room was terrible! Couldn’t chat with friends and family or share pics. Breakfast was mediocre. Free parking is insufficient and along main streets...doesn’t seem to be safe. Paid parking in the basement is very expensive and place is untidy. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel. It wasn’t value for money.
