"Facility is older and tired. My room was clean and comfortable, and I was close to an exit and parking space which made coming and going very convenient It seems that the motel is understaffed as desk is seldom staffed and desk clerk was slow to respond to the desk when I was checking in. Clerk was helpful and friendly during check in and gave me a convenient room. Breakfast area was not attended, and every table was dirty. If the motel is not going to clean and maintain the breakfast area, at least have supplies on a cart there so I can clean my own table. Because my room was clean and functional, I still would consider this a good value for the price point. Its location is very convenient, near a Walmart, gas stations, Starbucks, fast food and major thoroughfare to downtown and the University. Commons areas were not clean, but I can put up with that as long as my room is clean and location is convenient. If staying here, request a room near an exit and access door. The facility is comprised of long hallways that are interconnected. If midway, it is a long ways to get out."

"Everything was spot on, one thing that got old fast was house keeping staff kept coming in my room before 11am checkout while i was trying to sleep in. They opened my door Just 2 times though. Wasnt so bad. , i know they're trying to get a headstart on cleaning a completely booked hotel, but i believe that any time before 11a.m. is my time to be left alone, aslo to be fair, i didnt have my "do not disturb" sign on the door handle, but Everything was Grade A 10 star quality. Staff treated me awesome and were always extremely quick and helpful."

"Our stay at North Beach Resort was wonderful. Even though we arrived after staffed hours, the key and townhome were ready for us. Check in the next day was easy. The resort offers a variety of amenities both in the townhome, as well as throughout the property and at the front desk. WiFi is available in the units and public area. Our townhome was clean and everything functioned well. The decorations are a little “dated” and the room was a bit warm due to no A/C, but that was not bothersome for us. Beautiful videos right outside the window and quick access to town while still feeling secluded. We would go back!"
