"We called ahead and they were kind enough to let us check in early as the room was not slept in the night before. In honesty, the score would have been higher had it not been for the fact that a few days before our stay, I received a message saying that work was being done on the outside of the hotel and there would be significant noise. The message was sent far too late to cancel and find another hotel. It also meant their car park was not usable which wasn't mentioned. The noise was unbelievable and reverberated throughout the hotel. It's a shame as, although dated, the room was very spacious. It was dated but clean. I just wish they had given us notice of the works."

"Breakfast was good, Check in is smooth and room is stunning. There lacks of communication during check out. The staff at the reception deduct the room fees again when it is already paid upfront using the Hotels.com app. And she did not mention it or a receipt is provided. "

"No Freezer! We were not aware of this before we arrived and we had just bought a tub of icecream to have as dessert. I asked if they had a freezer that we could just store it in for a couple of hours and the male staff member was very rude. "

"Let's just start by saying the hotel was not a 5star hotel. But it's not priced as such. I was very happy with what I got for the $ I paid. I wanted and needed a cheap bed for the night and that's exactly what I got. The rood was basic but clean. Again all I wanted. The staff on the front desk was extremely helpful, again exactly what I needed. The parking was perfect all be it, I found it difficult to work out how to open the gate :-(. That was probably more my fault than anyones. I was very happy with the room I got for the night. A big thank you for the nice girl on the front desk when I checked in!!"

"So near and yet so far? The bottom like is that the booking procedure shows so many images of so many apartments with different fittungs. When you actually get your Apartment and you realise there is a small kitchenette and I mean small combat, but that does not include a Hob to Cook on, no any washing for laundry equipment either, I felt a little bit flat down. Especially when you consider that I had bought washing tubs on some chicken to cook! What’s even more bizarre is the generic welcome letter which even goes to explain how to switch the hob on! Talk about rubbing it it! Parking easy and secure, inside the basement accessed after checking in. Staff friendly, I had to call ans inquire what type of coffee machine it was though, tell u in advance and we can bring the correct coffee pods or beans or …"
