โThe room was fine, although the a/c unit was a bit loud. I think it might be on its way out -- may need to be replaced. We stayed 2 nights. Our first night was a bit rough as other guests around us were a bit loud and there was a dog barking a lot. Car doors were slamming and people were very noisy going up and down the stairs to the upper floors. The stairs were close to our room. Our second night was a lot quieter and nicer. We would consider staying again if we need to come to...
โItโs a very classy joint. The people there were very nice to us. The community room is huge and filled with beverages, including hot tea. And the conversations we had with the people were wonderful.โ
โReally nice property and very helpful staff. Area around the hotel is pretty, with lots of places to sit and watch the geese. Rooms are okay--be sure to get a "suite" or a double, as the single rooms are very small. Bathing facilities are pretty rudimentary--could use a shower seat or a bathtub. "Breakfast" is weak coffee and orange or apple juice.โ
