“The staff were helpful but unfortunately the room smelled of ciggerette smoke. This was overwhelming and required to use a puffer. Disappointing as otherwise a good overnighter.”

“Absolutely lovely place , had to stay locally for work and found this place just by luck, glad I did food at pub was amazing , really friendly owners and pub staff, will definitely stay again , and will refer to our engineers to use this place when in area , parking is secure , only downside is they don’t do breakfast , but can get elsewhere So 9/10 for me”

“no air conditioner”

“Great breakfast Bathroom could do with a lick of paint”

“Food was ok, sometimes a bit cold, a bit of a limited menu Beer was rubbish, went flat quickly Accomodation was faultless”

“Great location, pleasant traditional rustic bar with some good ales. Rooms were dated and bathroom needed some tlc.but for our needs it was perfect. Breakfast was excellent and kept me going all day. The dinning area was rustic too, but ok for us. Would use again.”
