"Absolutely disgusting- arrived at the room - faeces in the toilet (obviously been there a while), went to reception and was told it’s back wash from other toilets, I’m a plumbing and heating engineer and this is not clearly the case. They gave me a new room, I asked if this one would be clean, was told “ it should be”, shouldn’t you check it first ? It’ll be fine - No customer service here, find somewhere else to stay - needs knocking down"
